When you connect an AI client to the HYPERneocloud.com MCP server, we receive the basic profile your sign-in provider shares (name and email). We log aggregate, anonymized usage statistics (tool call counts, response times, error rates) to keep the service reliable.
Roster and dossier tools are only reachable with a desk key; public market tools are open to everyone. Property, sales, and ownership figures come from public records; due-diligence dossiers flag unknowns rather than inventing data.
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties, do not use your prompts or tool arguments for advertising, and do not collect conversation content.
Aggregate usage statistics are kept for up to 90 days. Connection profile data is kept while your connector is active and deleted on request.
